Every year panel discussions and several activities are organised to mark important events like Mental Health week, Ram Joshi Memorial Day & so on. In the year 2005 to celebrate Mental Health Week panel discussions were organized. The panel discussions centered on various topics such as Enjoying womanhood, Leisure time pursuits, Sexuality –Insights and Intervention, Coping with Stress to mention a few. As part of Dr. Ram Joshi Memorial lecture, a panel discussion on Quality in Education was held. The panelists were eminent personalities in the field of education. Last year  a  panel discussion titled  Beyond Boundaries was organized. Activists who have made a niche in their respective fields were invited. Dr Harish Shetty who has crusaded for mental health in schools was the moderator. The panelists were Dr. Vijaya Murthy, Director, S.I.E.S Institute of Comprehensive Education. Ms. Currawala, President, Maharashtra Dyslexia Association, Ms. Simi Sharma, Principal, Avalon Heights School, Navi Mumbai, and Ms. Pratibha Naithani, Professor (Political Science), St. Xavier's college, Mumbai. The aim was to inculcate in the professionals the need to take up issues that are affecting our community rather than being complacent about them.
